I conduct a legal practice under the law firm of Vardi, Lavie-Loboda & Co., together with my founding partner, Sagi Loboda.

Our practice is engaged in a variety of legal and commercial matters. Over the years, particular attention has been given to international taxation, trust taxation, commercial law, financially significant matters, commercial litigation, and real estate.

We have long believed that clients are best served by clear thinking, careful analysis, sound judgment, and advice that can be acted upon. In our experience, practical sense is often as important as technical learning.

Many legal matters benefit from patience, preparation, and a steady hand. Some require firmness. All require responsibility.

We do not regard activity as accomplishment, nor complexity as sophistication. Useful results, reached properly, are the standard by which work should be judged.
